The Brief
This brief is from Clarissa, a L&D Manager for a global engineering firm called LexCorp Engineering. She is looking for a a one-page project overview, so SMEs and other stakeholders can get up to speed quickly on the project and a one-page storyboard layout. The goal behind this request is to streamline the process of content development by their global learning designers and have one consistent approach. The brief should cover both Articulate 360 and Vyond products.

The solution should cover the following two goals and needs:
Consistent approach to learning design.
An editable template.
My Solution
I found solace in the fact that I've worked for a number of global fast-paced companies, often with multiple learning designers. By having an understanding of this, I was able to leverage my prior experience and knowledge to know exactly what a stakeholder or an SME would need to know, in the shortest amount of time.
Finally, I wanted to ensure that each project which would be completed using the project overview would meet set requirements such as consistency, accessibility and unity. That's why I've included information to guide the learning designer throughout their project, as a constant reminder of LexCorp Engineering's key goals.
I also used that experience to help me design my storyboard and that's why I included information such as media assets, programming and variables - this is all aimed at ensuring other learning designers can also get up to speed as quickly as possible; driving efficiency and reducing cost.
