About the Project
Are you Flight Centre Expo Ready? is a gamified eLearning campaign helping Flight Centre Travel Consultants prepare for the World Travel Expo.
Are you Flight Centre Expo Ready? is an engaging, interactive, and gamified solution built in Articulate Storyline 360. The course leverages variables and JavaScript throughout to create a truly bespoke experience, including a course leader board.
The project is designed to quiz and upskill Flight Centre Travel Consultants on their Qantas product knowledge ahead of the World Travel Expo, ensuring Qantas is front and center of their minds when discussing travel with clients.
The course uses purposeful micro animations and interactions to surprise and delight the learners to create moments that inspires emotion, engages, and rewards them, whilst making the experience more human. By Leveraging JavaScript, the course is connected to google sheets allowing for live tracking and creation of a bespoke course leader board to further drive engagement.
