Fresh Supermarket: HR Assist

This project was my submission in response to the semi finals round for The Learning Conference’s “The Show”! This exciting initiative is a virtual competition where 64 participants battle against each other to win the Best Learning Designer Award.

The brief saw participants develop a 'just-in-time' learning solution which would help employees at Fresh Supermarket keep up to date on their evolving policy changes, with minimal re-works of content. The solution comprises of a bespoke eLearn developed in Articulate Storyline 360 and a chatbot created in, named Joy @ Fresh - both solutions connected via APIs and JavaScript to a Google Sheet, serving as a policy database. Content and updates are pushed through in real-time to learners, irrespective of the solution they are accessing.

Joy @ Fresh is embedded directly into the Storyline output page, meaning employees can chat to her at anytime during the course. Additionally, the course page has been customised with HTML and CSS to feature a full-screen video to enhance the branding and visual appeal of the eLearn.
